i was bored and decided to play on my skin

My Entire left leg is tattooed and the WIZARD of OZ is my theme. I just got the back of the leg finished with the sky scene and surrender dorothy. It’s very swollen but it’s done..YEAH

I am planning to get a full sleeve tattoo on my right arm soon. It will be a mix of tribal design with some text down my lower arm. As this will be my first tattoo, and will be a substantial size I really want to get it right. What should I do next? How much should I expect to pay? How many sittings will it take? My mates reckon I stick with black coloring however I really want to get full colors, will the color fade?

I am seeking a job in nursing as a RN in the NICU and labor and delivery. Since my sleeve tattoo is visable i know i have to wear long sleeves I was just wondering if anyone is working as an RN and is it okay to wear long sleeves in that field. I know that if i cover up my tats i know it shouldnt be a problem, i was just wondering if anyone knew if long sleeves would be okay ?? Please explain..
